STATE MEET QUALIFIERS WILL BE POSTED HERE ONCE AVAILABLE.

**Please note the list of qualifiers is the initial list of qualifiers. We will not make changes to this document for every change (name change/grade change/team substitution, etc.) we receive.

Track & Field Relay Substitution Form **Coaches MUST submit this form IF your relay members differ from the regional meet to state meet. For any changes after 8:00am on April 29th, changes will be on-site at packet pick-up. 

Track & Field Individual Scratch Form **If you are scratching an INDIVIDUAL from an event at the State Meet, you must submit this form. This is NOT for changes to your relay.
