Optional Events at A+ Meets: A+ districts may offer high school speech contests (see bottom of the page- “Middle School Cross-Examination Debate”) as well as additional grade levels of an event, and/or districts may pilot contests that are not described in the Constitution or may alter other high school contests in a manner appropriate for the particular grade level. Constitution and Contest Rules: Section1408, (F), (1-3).
