FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AUSTIN — The 2020 UIL Team Tennis State Tournament will be played Tuesday, November 17, at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center at Texas A&M University in College Station.

The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, November 17
8:00 a.m.       Conference 6A Final
12:00 a.m.     Conference 4A Final
4:00 p.m.       Conference 5A Final

MEDIA CREDENTIALS

Media outlets planning to cover the UIL Team Tennis State Tournament should submit an online media credential request by noon, Monday Nov. 16th.  The Team Tennis Media Credential Request form can be found online at: https://www.uiltexas.org/form/media-credentials/request.php?sport=teamtennis. REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DEADLINE FOR THE EVENT. LATE REQUESTS CANNOT BE CONSIDERED DUE TO COVID-19 CAPACITY LIMITATIONS.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the number of media credentials issued will be limited for this year. Also, previous year’s photography locations have been adjusted. Please see the UIL Team Tennis Media Policy for further information.

 

TICKETS

Seating capacity is limited due to COVID-19, with priority for tickets given to participating schools. Any unsold tickets from participating schools will be available to the public online beginning Monday, November 16 at 8 a.m.

 

UIL APP

UIL State is the official mobile app for all UIL State Championships. The app features spectator information, schedules, team profiles, and live stats. It is free and available for immediate download in the App Store and Google Play.

Team Information will only be provided in the UIL App or on the UIL Website.
