AUSTIN, TX — The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League met Friday, November 6, to issue penalties for potential rule violations.

Richland Springs High School athletic director and football coach James McIntyre was issued three-years probation, a two-game suspension to begin in the 2027-28 football season and a public reprimand.

Richland Springs High School football coach Adrian Rosales was issued three-years probation and a public reprimand.

Richland Springs High School Athletic Program was issued three-years probation and a public reprimand.

Altair Rice was granted an appeal for student-athlete eligibility and will not have to forfeit any football games.

Vanderbilt Industrial High School football coach Matthew Luddeke was issued one-year probation and a public reprimand.
