SMBC Military Class Registration Procedures

Registration Deadline

State qualifying bands must register online BY 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 20.

REGISTER HERE. IMPORTANT: Review all the following information carefully prior to completing the online registration process. The online program, announcer script, credentials, and administrator comp tickets will all be generated directly from this database.

ANNOUNCER SCRIPT – The standardized announcer script is required to be submitted with each registration.

REPERTOIRE – The video streaming provider requires the title and composer for all show music. This information will be submitted when completing registration.​

GROUP PHOTO – A group photo to be used in the online program must be uploaded when completing registration.

*NEW* Photographic Consent and Release Form - Each student, or a parent/guardian if the student is under 18, is to complete the Photographic Consent and Release Form. 

*NEW* Head Coach/Director Photographic Consent and Release Certification Form - Once all required student consent forms have been completed, the director is to complete the Head Coach/Director Photographic Consent and Release Certification Form confirming that all required photo consents have been collected.

Fees

REGISTRATION - $500

EQUIPMENT TRUCK – $100 per equipment truck. IMPORTANT: The equipment truck procedures, including entry to and exit from the unloading lot as outlined in the participant information, WILL BE ENFORCED. Be sure this information is shared with the loading crew.

PARTICIPANT BUS  – $100 per participant bus.
