Common Questions Answered
If you are not able to enter your students - Meet closed or No Entries may be made at this time - Call your meet director and ask them to open the meet. DO NOT call the State Office for this problem since we cannot open the meet.
IF YOU ADVANCE:
1) Have the administrator sign and date a new Standards Compliance Form for each level. DO NOT SEND TO THE STATE OFFICE. WE ONLY NEED THE INITIAL ONE.
2) If necessary, update any changes in the Spring Meet System. The system will be open 48 hours for changes from midnight the Saturday of each contest week until Monday midnight. You may change cast, sets, etc. between each contest.
