Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: weighs the round according to which side provides the best policy option. Affirmative plan vs. Status Quo plus DA’s to aff Affirmative plan vs. Counterplan Typically sees the role of the negative as opposing the aff plan rather than the resolution
