ILPC Spring Convention
April 28-29, 2012
In April, ILPC hosts a two-day spring convention where we announce winners of our newspaper, yearbook and broadcast contests. We also offer more than 100 break-outs sessions over the two days. Presenters include professional journalists and media, professors, teachers and advocates. The convention is held in April at the University of Texas at Austin.

ILPC Summer Workshop
June 22-25, 2012
In June, ILPC holds a four-day intensive summer workshop at the University of Texas at Austin. We offer newspaper, yearbook, video editing, new media, design software, photography and adviser classes. Students have the option of staying in University dorms or commuting. Students take one class for the entire four-day period. The summer workshop provides a great opportunity for staffs to prepare for the upcoming year.
