I have a masters degree in counseling which focuses on the communication and saying what you mean. Further, I have been working with middle school children for 11 years, which gives me some insight into differing opinions and views.

Paradigm: To listen and keep note of which team had the most persuasive arguments along with who communicated most accurately.
