Policy priority: Resolution of substantive issues is more important than communication skills
Evidence philosophy: Quantity of evidence and quality of evidence are of equal importance
Paradigm: I am very tech over truth. I am okay with spreading, kritikal, and theory arguments. I can also handle lay debate. Do what you want - the round is yours. If given no mechanism on how to evaluate the round I default util.
