Judging qualifications:
During my high school years, I immersed myself in the captivating world of speech and debate. I was not just a participant; I was a fervent enthusiast who found joy in every facet of the competition. My love for the event led me to an unusual but fulfilling practice - diligently studying the stories and performances of my fellow competitors. I not only honed my own skills but also took on the role of an impromptu judge for my classmates. Offering tips and tricks became second nature to me, as I saw the impact constructive feedback could have on one's performance. The driving force behind my desire to become a judge was rooted in my personal experiences. I had encountered judges in the past who lacked the qualifications to provide meaningful insights. Recognizing the detrimental effect this had on my own growth as a competitor, I resolved to break the cycle. My goal is to empower others by offering insightful feedback, fostering an environment where participants can genuinely feel accomplished in their chosen events.
