Policy priority: Resolution of substantive issues is more important than communication skills
Evidence philosophy: Quantity of evidence and quality of evidence are of equal importance
Paradigm: I vote based on impacts of arguments. I am flexible to hearing arguments. Whose impacts will be most damaging if not voted on especially if the other side can’t explain why the impact will not happen. I am flexible on voting if the debaters can explain why I should vote for them based on certain frameworks.
