I have a pretty deep theatre background and am passionate about live performance. I know what is and isn’t effective performances as I have assumed all of the roles within a community theatre. I have experience providing opinion, but also providing feedback through rubric. I value people being able to express themselves through performance and interpretation. I have a deep familiarity with UIL OAP as a participant, as a coach, and as an assistant in running a contest (JH level).
