I just retired from teaching after 32 years. I spent 20 of those years serving as a District UIL Coordinator and Coaching. I coached students beginning in elementary, and continuing through middle and high schools. Being a speech/theatre student myself, I always try to write the students a constructive evaluation pointing out the positive, but always giving them a goal to work on for the next time.
