Throughout high school I competed and participated in CX, Congress, Extemp, and Poetry/Prose. I also competed at the CX and Congress state meets. I also have continued to help debate participants in local high schools learn and prepare for debate competitions.

Judging approach: Stock Issues
Policy priority: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: I am a stock issues judge, but I will judge however the debate is presented. I like clash. Make sure you clearly explain your affirmative case and negative arguments.I will listen to any argument, but be sure whatever you present is correctly structured and argued.
