I competed in both Informative and Persuasive Speaking throughout the majority of high school. As Team Captain, I also assisted with practices and research development, as well as planning and judging at two invitationals at our campus. After graduation, I judged at two other invitationals for a 5A and a 6A district. I have judged regularly throughout the past six years at local invitationals. As a current Persuasive Speaking coach, I keep up to date with the current event knowledge required, and actively coach students on presentation.
