Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: The proponent must frame his or her position at the outset. Only the salient facts and information that are directly relevant to a methodical presenation of the issue in controversy should be presented, all culminating effortlessly into a demonstrabely unasailable conclusion.
