Judging Philosophy

CX

Rounds judged: 25
Judging approach: Other (please explain below)
Policy priority: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Evidence philosophy: Quantity of evidence is more important than quality of evidence
Paradigm: I will vote on how the round goes and how the debates formate it. There is not one thing that I will vote on. Mainly I want roadmaps and for the debater to sign post during speech, and to give me links and impacts. Also I don't want debaters reading a bunch of cards at me during rebuttals with out explains why they are important. Besides that I will go off of how the round went.

LD

Rounds judged: 8
Approach: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Philosophy:
I want clash across the board. I want to see clash of the values and critaran as well as the contention level of the debate. Also want roadmaps and sign posting during speech. I do not want to see any DAs, CPs, or Ks. Other than that I will vote on how the round goes. ,
