Judging qualifications:
I participated heavily in UIL events growing up such as poetry and prose, extemporaneous speaking, and UIL one act plays. I know what to look for as a judge because i have been on the other side of the panel. I know how to give useful feedback of my observations to help the student flourish. I have nurtured my interests in these fields through out my adult life and have judged events from time to time. I would love to participate more.
