I have participated in extemp for 4 years of my High School career, and I know the rules and guidelines for the event very well. I am also already familiar with the UIL judging sheet for this event, and have watched many speakers over the years. When I competed, I have won a handful of awards and placed 4th at the UIL regional meet my senior year. I do not have any biases and enjoy watching speeches over current events.
