A+ Meet Form

For Meet Directors Only! Enter your meet information below.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Set A meets may be scheduled from October 1- November 30. These materials are offered only in digital format. Many schools host or participate in a meet using Set A materials as practice for a district meet. Request Set A contest materials at least four weeks before your meet date.

Set B meets may be scheduled from December 1- January 30 and Set C meets may be scheduled from February 1- May 29. These materials are offered in both print and digital formats. If you need print materials, follow the order deadlines listed in the A+ calendar. Digital files may be requested at least four weeks before your meet date.

If your meet is in December/January but you will have writing events in November, you may request both Set B materials and November writing materials below. If you are hosting writing in November, DO NOT put contestant estimates for writing events on this form (because then you will receive Set A writing files as well as Set B files).

    Please be prepared to provide the materials for this meet.

    Order Your Meet Contest Materials:

    In the spaces below, enter the ESTIMATED TOTAL NUMBER OF CONTESTANTS you anticipate for each event.

    EXAMPLE: if your meet includes grades 2-5, and you expect approximately 25 total 4th grade entries and 25 total 5th grade entries in Art, enter 50 in the space next to Art - Grades 4, 5 & 6.

    Music Memory
    Audio for Music Memory is provided digitally via a link that will be emailed to the meet director.

    (you may opt to include 6th graders in the 7/8 test.)
    One-Act Play - Enter total number of SCHOOLS participating in OAP (no materials shipped for OAP)- Download all items from UIL website.
