Judging Philosophy

Rounds judged: 10
Judging approach: Policy Maker
Policy priority: Resolution of substantive issues is more important than communication skills
Evidence philosophy: Quantity of evidence and quality of evidence are of equal importance
Paradigm: My paradigm simply comes down to who has the worst consequences. I like to see the Neg argue status quo while the Aff argues the policy action. Which scenario do we see the highest timeframe, magnitude, and probablity? It is also the job of each team to disprove the opponents' impacts.
