Yes. You have unlimited access to all content, live or on-demand, on the NFHS Network with a pass.

Are there broadcasts I can watch that don’t require a subscription?

Highlights and non-sporting events are free to watch. However, some non-sporting events may require a subscription.

How much does a subscription cost?

$69.99 for an Annual Pass or $10.99 for a Monthly Pass

Why isn’t the game I’m looking for being broadcast?

If your school is not part of the School Broadcast Program and not broadcasting their regular season games, please ask them to reach out to the NFHS Network to ask about joining. https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/sbp

What if I cannot view the live broadcast I have selected to watch?

Due to the nature of broadcasting high school events, the start of a game may be delayed. We suggest checking back on the event after a few minutes. If you are still having trouble, you may contact NFHS Network customer support at customerservice@nfhsnetwork.com.

The broadcast I’m watching keeps buffering. What can I do?

Our school may occasionally have network connectivity issues during broadcasts, especially when we’re streaming an away game. Most of the time we are aware of this and will do whatever we can do to fix it.

If you're experiencing any sort of video playback issues, you'll need to ensure that your browser is updated and that its cache is cleared.

If you continue to experience buffering or freezing, it may be your internet connection. You will need to have a connection speed of at least 2 Mbps to stream video.

Will I be able to cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Who can I contact when I need help with my subscription?

If you have questions or issues, you can use the chat feature on NFHSnetwork.com or email customerservice@nfhsnetwork.com.

Can post-season contests be broadcast as part of the NFHS Network School Broadcast Program?

Yes, NFHS Network SBP schools can webcast a post-season contest live if approved by the UIL. Submit the School Telecast Request Form at least two days prior to the contest to be considered for approval. Not all requests will be approved.

Do I need permission to do an NFHS Network SBP telecast of a regular season contest?
Yes. To do a telecast of a contest that occurs during the regular season, you must get prior approval from all schools involved. If the event is occurring at a neutral site where neither team plays its regular home games, you must also get approval from the venue.

No. Since the NFHS Network is a subscription service and a fundraising tool for schools, a telecast within the SBP does not qualify as an Academic Telecast.
