This document is your contestant entry for BI-DISTRICT high school one-act play competition. NOTE: Bi-district competition does not require entry in the UIL Spring Meet Entry System.

The school listed is ONLY officially registered to participate in the play contest if the Director has enrolled their high school for one-act play participation by the annual October 1 enrollment deadline.

Schools that meet the enrollment deadline will be included on the OAP alignment, posted on the Theatre homepage after November 1. If the Director misses the enrollment deadline and their school does not appear on the posted OAP alignment, they must immediately contact the State Office for late entry procedure.

It is the responsibility of the Director to check the current approved play lists and secure performance rights with the publisher before starting work on a production.

By submitting this form you certify that the play listed below is either on one of the approved play lists (www.uiltexas.org/theatre/approved-plays) or that you have submitted your play for approval to the State Office and received an Approval Letter email which you will need to provide proof of to your contest manager.
