Radio stations must fill out this form for each play-by-play radio broadcast in the UIL playoffs.
A radio broadcast is defined as: Live or delayed audio broadcast of a contest that can be transmitted through AM/FM radio, Internet audio stream, podcast, high definition radio, satellite radio, smart phone apps, tablet computer apps or any other medium. To broadcast a UIL playoff game, stations must agree to do the following: 1. Receive permission from both schools and the venue. 2. Play at least one UIL Commercial during the broadcast. 3. Read the corresponding sports' state championship promotional information twice during the broadcast. 4. Complete this form prior to the broadcast. Restrictions: The sublicensed media outlet will affirm it will prohibit advertising in any distribution of the production from the following categories: • Political Announcements • Cigarettes or other tobacco products • Gambling services or venues • Sexual services or adult entertainment venues • Alcohol • Firearms
