  IMPORTANT:
  You may only request 3 total credential for all types of student media at your school, including adult supervisors.

  Student media credentials are to be used only by current students or full-time employees of participating schools. Parents, booster club members, team photographers, commercial photographers or videographers will not be credentialed under a participating school. A valid school ID will be needed to pick up each student credential. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I understand that individuals for student media credentials must either be a current student or full-time employee of a participating school, and a valid School ID must be presented to pick up each credential. (No parents, booster club members, commercial photographers or videographers will be credentialed under a participating school)
