I was a participant in Lincoln-Douglas Debate throughout all four years of high-school and am now a student at the University of Texas at Austin where I participate in informal debates with peers and students from other universities. During high school, I made it to the Regional contest every year and qualified as a state alternate my junior year.

Philosophy:
My judging philosophy would be to award the victory to whichever student provided a cohesive argument that answered the resolution while remaining within the given rules.
