Judging Philosophy

CX

Rounds judged: 1
Judging approach: Stock Issues
Policy priority: Resolution of substantive issues is more important than communication skills
Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: Stock issues must stand through round. If anything is dropped by the affirmative team, even if it is something other than stock issues, the negative team will win.
