Judging Philosophy

CX

Rounds judged:
Judging approach: Tabula Rasa
Policy priority: Communication skills and resolution of substantive issues are of equal importance
Evidence philosophy: Quality of evidence is more important than quantity of evidence
Paradigm: I consider myself a Tabula Rasa judge; meaning anything goes. I want the debaters to tell me why and what I should vote on. I like to see clash with in arguments as well as fully developed arguments with substantial evidence and knowledge to prove support for their stance in the debate.
