Judging Philosophy

Rounds judged: 0
Judging approach: stock issues
Policy priority: Issues
Evidence philosophy: quality
Paradigm: I use the flow as my guide to determine who wins. This means I look at where arguments are made and responded to and I see where competitors are weighing. With ease, I can usually discern a winner.

Rounds judged: 5
Approach: Issues
I look at standards and I see how arguments link back to standards. I take topicality and other external arguments seriously, but only if made well. If there appears to be an equal number of good arguments made, I look at how their weighed in the round.
