Judging Philosophy

Rounds judged: 20
Judging approach: policy maker
Policy priority: Equal
Evidence philosophy: quality
Paradigm: I am a policymaker. My final decision will be made by weighing the impacts from both sides. With that being said, advantages and DA's are the highest on my voting list. I enjoy real world impacts as well. The affirmative has the burden to hold up all of the stock issues. However, it's unlikely that I would vote on a trivial T argument. For T's and theory, in round abuse must be proven to make it a voter. Finally, I am open to any argument that you want to present, including kritks. However you should tell me how to weigh these arguments and why or I am going to default to to the best policy in the round.

Rounds judged: 4
Approach: Communication
I haven't judged enough LD to have an established paradigm.
