Judging Philosophy
CX
Judging approach: policy maker
Policy priority: Equal
Evidence philosophy: quality
Paradigm: Communication is of course vital; however, I would like to see the argument follow a logical thought process. Communication skills cannot compensate for a lack of logic and poor argumentation.
LD
Approach: Equal
Philosophy:
Similar to CX, I value both communication and argumentation in the round. I will not participate in judge intervention for the debaters. Value and criteria are very important to me, and I particularly like to see voter's issues.
