I look to see which debater demonstrates the stronger delivery skills, while still maintaining structure in their given arguments and advocacy of the topic. I also look to make sure that Neg debaters follow Aff arguments as opposed to reading off of prepared materials. Comm skills are critical as well as articulating your main points of voting in the rebuttal time. Spreading is highly discouraged.
