Judging Philosophy

Rounds judged: 10
Judging approach: stock issues
Policy priority: Equal
Evidence philosophy: quality
Paradigm: I think that the primary goal of CX debate is to communicate to the judge and the audience. I feel that reasoning and analysis is vital to the debate process. The debate is won stock issues and communication in part of the debater.

Rounds judged: 10
Approach: Equal
LD is a philosophical communication of issues to the judge and audience. Organization of these issues is vital and aids the debaters in winning their debate. A debate is not a debate unless there are clashes. Strong values and criterions are vital for having a strong debate.
