Evidence philosophy:

Approach: Equal
I feel it's important to have a very well thought resolution with organized contentions that are supported by credible sources, that can be articulated and communicated effectively. I look for very fluidly composed affirmative and negative constructive statements that are well organized and take effectively given with respect to the given time allowed. In cross examination I look for intelligent and probing questions, how well those questions are answered with respect to the resolutions given. Also how knowledgeable each debater is on the issues of their own case. In rebuttal arguments I look for how well the issues during cross examination were addressed, along with how well the previously stated contentions are reinforced. During final statements I look for how well each debater used their credible sources, cross examination. Also how well each issue brought up by an opponent is at the very least addressed in some fashion. When it comes to speaking style I rate it on how effective it was in proving the resolution as well as composure in addressing issues.
