FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AUSTIN, TX— The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 17 at the Austin Marriott North in Round Rock to determine the eligibility of student athletes and discuss alleged rule violations.

A schedule of tomorrow’s hearings follows.

8:15 am     AA.   El Paso Montwood High School: Appeal of District 1-6A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete, Section 443, Changing Schools for Athletic Purposes

9:00 am     BB.   Liberty Eylau High School: Appeal of District 7-4A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Section 446, Age

9:45 am     CC.   Frisco Heritage High School: Appeal of District 13-5A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete, Section 443, Changing Schools for Athletic Purposes

10:30 am   DD.   Dickinson High School: Appeal of District 24-6A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete, Section 443, Changing Schools for Athletic Purposes

12:00 pm   EE.   San Antonio Brackenridge High School: Appeal of District 28-5A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete, Section 443, Changing Schools for Athletic Purposes

12:45 pm   FF.    Flatonia High School: Appeal of District 26-2A Executive Committee Decision Regarding Eligibility of a Student Athlete, Section 443, Changing Schools for Athletic Purposes
