AUSTIN, TX - The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League denied an appeal by Flatonia High School on Tuesday.
After hearing testimony from all interested parties, Flatonia High School was denied its appeal under Section 27(b)(3) of the UIL Constitution and Contest Rules, forfeiture of contest. The Flatonia High School softball team will be replaced in the playoffs by North Zulch High School.
