The State Executive Committee voted to issue Coach Joseph Mann a one-year suspension through August 7, 2013 from all coaching duties in any UIL member school district, a public reprimand and one-year probation.  He will also be required to do the retraining (RCP and NFHS Teaching and Modeling Behavior Course) before resuming any coaching duties in a UIL member school district after August 7, 2013.
